Building New Foundations Build Day and Christmas Celebration

Building New Foundations Build Day and Christmas Celebration for the Good Shepherd boys will be December 12, starting at 8:00 am. Specific needs include volunteer  for work projects, donations for the boys Christmas and meals donated for their Christmas feast.

-Volunteer Shift for Repairs / Maintenance Projects at the Campus:
* Time: 8-11am (ish)

– Christmas Gift Drive for The Good Shepherd Boys:
* Sponsor a Good Shepherd Boy’s Christmas       Cost: $400/ea
What sponsorships provide: New shoes, socks, underwear, dental supplies, hygiene products, athletic pants, pullover hoodie, an inspirational book, a copy of the Teen’s Bible, and a pair of comfy slip on flip flops
When the boys will receive the gifts: 12/12 around 1pm(ish)

Can I participate in giving the boys’ their gifts?: Yes! Please come out around 11am to participate in the “Celebration / Feast” where after eating the boys will receive their gifts.
* Sponsor a General Campus Christmas Gift that All the Boys can Enjoy:   Cost: Variable and based upon what you can do
What will this go towards?: new basketball nets, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, x-box & playstation gaming stations, video games, books, movies, and more (depending on how much is raised)
When the boys will receive these gifts: 12/12 around 1pm(ish)

– Christmas Feast / Celebration for the Boys:
* General Comments: We are REALLY excited about this, but need a lot of support from the community in getting all of the food covered. Most of these boys have never had a meal like the ones you have, so let’s come together and provide a true feast for these kiddos / staff. If you feel you can take on some of the needed dishes we want provided, please sign up ASAP.

* When to Arrive: please have the dishes delivered by 11am. We will start eating with the boys around 11:45 / noon, with a follow up time of having gifts for the boys delivered to them.
