Purpose of the Event:
To celebrate Houston volunteering efforts and provide an opportunity for 50 nonprofits to market their organizations and recruit new volunteers, and promote volunteerism in the Houston region.
Activities:
- Volunteer Fair: 50 nonprofit organizations will have booths at the event where they will recruit new volunteers and conduct small hands on service projects
- Large Service Project: Attendees will create holiday cards to benefit the Volunteer Houston Holiday Project
- Give Aways:
- Live Entertainment:
- Kid’s Zone: Kid friendly activities such as face painting, balloon animals, bounce house and carnival games.
- Food: Carnival food will be available for purchase and free cake!
